Q:  How do I send my photos to you?

A:  Create a photo CD of your images and mail them to us.  If you would rather send us your images electronically, please contact us and we will provide you with the details.

 

Q: I have read the instructions and I am totally confused.  Can you walk me through each step?

A:  No problem!  Send us an email or give us a call.  We are more than happy to assist you through every step of your slideshow creation process.

 

Q:  What if I have documents that I want to include in the slideshow?

A:  There are a couple of ways that we can acommodate you regarding documents.  You could either email or mail to us a scanned copy of the document.

 

Q:  How do I pay for my slideshow?

A:  After you have previewed your slideshow and have given  us your approval, we will start the process of copying your slideshow to DVD.  At this time, we will also send to you via email an invoice.  Our payment transactions are handled through PayPal.  PayPal accepts all major credit or debit cards as well as direct bank transfers.

 

Q:  How long will it take to get my slideshow?

A:  It takes up to 14 days to complete work on your slideshow.  If you are needing your slideshow sooner than 14 days, please  contact us and we will try to acommodate you.

 

Q:  I have a question that was not answered on this page.  Can I send it to you to post in case there may be someone else who needs an answer?
